Exploring and resolving relationship issues and difficulties
Exploring attachment issues, including anxious, avoidant, and disorganised patterns of relating to others — these are sometimes called ‘commitment issues’ or ‘abandonment issues’
Overcoming low self-confidence and low self-esteem
Improving emotional regulation and resolving issues, including anger and jealousy
Resolving sexual issues, including sexual shame
Coping with stress and overcoming anxiety
Processing developmental and childhood trauma, including healing from childhood abuse and neglect

Treating forms of depression, including major depression
Overcoming feelings of isolation or loneliness
Resolving sleep problems, including insomnia, nightmares, and sleep anxiety
I am trained in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, and I can support you in processing and integrating psychedelic experiences and non-ordinary states of consciousness.

My approach blends therapeutic modalities, including humanistic therapy, psychodynamic therapy, emotionally focused couples therapy, parts therapy, hypnotherapy, and inner child work.
Hypnotherapy uses the power of hypnosis and talk therapy to access and resolve deep-rooted issues, facilitate personal growth, and create lasting positive change.

How we can work together
Online Therapy for Individuals and Couples
I work exclusively online for individual and couples therapy. Sessions are typically weekly at a set time, creating the consistency and continuity that allows meaningful change to unfold. Short-term therapy may be the right approach if you are looking for support during a period of difficulty or would like to focus on a specific issue. In-Person Couples Intensives
For couples ready for concentrated work, I offer 2-day couples therapy intensives in Bristol or select locations across the UK, including London. This format often appeals to couples who feel stuck despite previous therapy attempts, who are navigating a significant crisis or transition, or who simply want focused time away from daily life to reconnect and rebuild.
