Francesca Sciandra

What’s beneath the surface doesn’t have to stay there

I’m Francesca, an artist, guide, and educator. I offer depth-oriented methods for understanding self and developing creative practice. My approach draws from my professional and personal study of the arts, psychotherapy, and altered states.

I work with people through psychedelic integration coaching, mentorship, and consultation. I provide a structured space to explore significant experiences and translate insight into meaningful change.

I teach courses focused on art-making and reflection to support embodied practices of attention, exploration, and play. At a deeper level, I teach art as a process of psychological inquiry, offering curious artists and non-artists a way to encounter and work with what lies beneath the surface.

I’m the founder and director of the Psychedelic Arts Society, a global online community of contemporary artists and supporters of the arts exploring the bi-directional relationship between altered states and creative practice.

Who I Help

If you’re seeking support, you might be thinking:

  • I had an experience that shifted something in me, and I need help making sense of it.

  • I’ve done the insight work. Now I want to build something with it.

  • I’m ready to commit to making something: a creative project, a change, a new version of myself, and I want steady, experienced support.

What I Offer

How We Can Work Together

All 1 to 1 work starts with a consultation, a 50-minute session to talk through a specific issue. From there, we figure out together whether ongoing mentorship or integration work is the right approach.

Sessions are held online, and are active, engaged, and collaborative.
