Refund Policy for Online Courses and Digital Programs

Refunds are not provided for online courses and digital programs. Because of the nature of the format of online courses and digital programs, the time sensitivity of the live elements, and the resources invested in each cohort, it is not possible for me to offer refunds.

In the unlikely event that a program does not reach its minimum number of participants, or must be cancelled by the provider for any other reason, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
