The Mountain Meditation helps us access our inner strength.

It reveals our ability to remain stable when faced with stressful and challenging circumstances, both internal and external.

It's one of my favourite meditations to facilitate and share. It contains a guided visualisation to create stillness and awareness while connecting us to the power of nature.

This guided mindfulness meditation is a key component of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, created by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
