Coaching is an alliance designed to help you create a more authentic, fulfilling, and successful life.
Working with me is a way of collaboratively exploring your challenges and finding ways to live with greater direction and confidence.
I am an integrative coach, which means I offer different methods and frameworks for processing and making progress towards what’s most meaningful to you. I can support and guide you in exploring your inner world of beliefs, assumptions, and expectations so you may create greater possibilities for yourself.
I help my clients to define their goals, overcome obstacles, and take steps to fulfil their potential. My approach is compassionate, supportive, and insightful.
Who I help
I frequently work with clients who prefer to work at depth in order to create a significant and meaningful change in their lives. Our work together is supported by my skills and training in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy. I often work with clients long-term to build a strong coaching relationship.
Some of my clients are looking to build a renewed sense of self during a period of change and personal transformation. Others are looking to make progress in their career, relationships, or personal lives. My clients come from all walks of life, and they often have a passion for adventure, self-expression, growth, and new experiences.

I also offer hypnotherapy, which can be helpful in exploring and resolving deeper issues that can hold you back from feeling good about yourself. I am a qualified and registered hypnotherapist with training in psychotherapy.

Treating forms of depression, including major depression and seasonal affective disorder (SAD)
