Couples Therapy Intensives

The fee for a 2-day couples therapy intensive is £1,800. The intensive provides 12 therapy hours across two consecutive days.

Couples therapy intensives provide a focused space to make progress on rebuilding trust, improving communication, and restoring emotional closeness in a concentrated, supportive setting. Payment Terms for Sessions and Session Blocks

Payment is due in advance of the session.

For individual sessions, payment should be made at least 48 hours before the session. If a session is booked within 48 hours of the session start time, payment will be due at the time of booking.

Full payment for session blocks and packages must be received before the first session of the block or package. All session blocks and packages are payable upfront. Blocks of 6 sessions must be completed within 12 weeks of the first session date, and blocks of 8 sessions must be completed within 16 weeks of the first session date. Sessions not completed within this window will be forfeited by the client.

Payments can be made by debit card, credit card, or electronic bank transfer.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Sessions

Once a session is booked, it can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. For example, if a session is booked for Wednesday the 3rd at 9:00am, it can be rescheduled before Monday the 1st at 9:00am. Outside of this window, the session will be considered a missed appointment.

In the event of a ‘missed appointment’, a ‘no show’, or a ‘late reschedule’, the client will be charged the full session fee. A ‘missed appointment’, a ‘no show’, or a ‘late reschedule’ is defined as the client missing an appointment, not showing up for an appointment on time, or failing to reschedule the appointment 48 hours or more before the scheduled time.

If the session is booked within 48 hours of the scheduled time, it cannot be rescheduled. Session bookings are non-refundable.

Payment Terms & Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Intensives

For couples therapy intensives, a non-refundable deposit of £380 is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. 50% of the balance is due 14 days before the intensive begins, and the remaining balance is due 7 days before the intensive begins. Deposits may be transferred once to a new date with at least 14 days’ notice prior to the scheduled intensive date. Cancellations within 7 days of the intensive are non-refundable.

Your travel and accommodation costs are not included in the fee, and any arrangements you make are your responsibility and non-refundable. If I am travelling outside of Bristol for the intensive, travel and accommodation expenses will be charged separately. These expenses are non-refundable once arrangements have been made, even if the intensive is cancelled or rescheduled.
