You’ll receive a welcome message from me before the program begins. Then, you’ll receive daily messages from the 18th of January through the 7th of February 2022.

Each message will support you on your journey to becoming a more relaxed and calmer person.

All participants are invited to join a virtual relaxation workshop and Q&A with me on Tuesday, 25 January 2022 at 6pm GMT.

The session will include a guided relaxation experience. Get your questions answered and feel less alone in your journey.

Will other people in the workshop be able to see my phone number or any personal information?

The messages will be sent using a Broadcast List on WhatsApp. Other members will not be able to see that you are on the list. The list will offer one-way communication from me to you.

Will I be able to respond or send you messages?

No, the workshop will offer one-way communication from me to you. If you would like to speak with me, please contact me or book a Discovery Call.

What if my number changes during the program?

If your number changes during the program, please contact me to have it updated.

Will my progress through the workshop be tracked?

Depending on your privacy settings, I may be able to see if you’ve opened messages. I will not be tracking or responding to your individual progress, nor will I be keeping any record.

Will I be able to receive support during the workshop?

The workshop is self-directed and you will be able to move through it daily, or at your own pace. You will be invited to a session on Zoom where you can participate and ask questions.

Will this help me if I am in crisis or experiencing a mental health challenge?

The workshop is not intended to replace mental health support. It is a personal development and wellbeing program. It is self-directed. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health challenge, you should seek 1 to 1 support from a mental health professional.

Are there limited places?

The places in the workshop are limited. Once the course is full, workshop enrolment will be closed.
