Online hypnotherapy sessions take place over Zoom.
Many clients share they are more comfortable doing the session in their own space.
During the session, it’s important for you to be in a comfortable location where you can recline. I recommend my clients wear headphones during the session for the best experience.
After the session, you can relax instead of travelling from a therapy room.
