Everyday Lovers on Substack
Essays and reflections on emotions, relationships, attachment, and the work of knowing ourselves more deeply.
Who this is for (and why)
Everyday Lovers is a space for serious reflection on relationships, attachment, and the patterns that shape how we relate over time. My writing blends personal reflection with clinical observation and stays close to the emotional and relational realities people often turn away from.
My writing and reflections on Everyday Lovers are for those who:
Notice recurring relational patterns and are curious about what sustains them
Value depth, nuance, and continuity over quick resolution
Are interested in attachment, depth psychology, and relational thinking
Are already engaged in their own inner work, formally or informally
This space is for readers who are no longer satisfied with reductive takes on relationships or therapy, and who are willing to stay with complexity rather than resolve it quickly.

Why I write
My writing is shaped by years of clinical work. It is a place to explore attachment, belonging, and the relational patterns that shape our lives. While my clinical work focuses on individual and couples therapy, my writing creates space for broader reflection on what it means to grow, change, and connect authentically.
Readers include people in therapy, therapists, and others who take relational and psychological work seriously. This is not a space for advice, but for reflection.
