All work starts with a consultation, a 50-minute session focused on a specific concern. It’s a space to talk something through properly, with someone who can offer a clear, experienced perspective. For some, this is a self-contained single session. Others use it as the first step into ongoing work.
I’m accepting new clients for mentorship and psychedelic integration coaching. All sessions are held online.
I’m not currently accepting counselling or psychotherapy clients.
What to expect
We’ll spend time on your current concern as it stands today, what’s already been tried, and where it might go from here. The session will be active and collaborative. You’ll leave with a clearer view of the situation and a sense of what a next step could look like, whether that’s on your own or with continued support from me.

The first step is to book a 50-minute consultation with me. This is a no-obligation session where the suitability of future work can be discussed.
How are consultations structured?
We’ll spend the 50 minutes focused on the specific concern you bring: what’s going on, what you’ve already tried, and where things could go from here. You’ll leave with a clearer view of the situation and a sense of what a good next step looks like, whether that’s something you take forward on your own or continued work together.
How should I prepare for my consultation?
There’s no need to prepare anything formally. It can help to have a clear sense of the one issue or question you most want to focus on, since 50 minutes moves quickly and works best with a specific concern rather than an open-ended catch-up.
Are consultations confidential?
Yes, consultations are confidential. I do not record the sessions nor keep a written record of the conversation. Keep in mind, however, that confidential is not the same as privileged. Since a consultation does not constitute a therapeutic relationship, sessions are not legally privileged. Disclosure may be required under certain conditions.
Can I record the consultation or use an AI tool to transcribe the session?
No, recordings or AI transcription tools are not permitted for privacy reasons.
On which platform are consultations conducted?
Consultations take place over Zoom, using a secure, encrypted connection. A link will be sent to you ahead of your session.
How much do consultations cost?
A 50-minute consultation costs £130. Payment is taken at the time of booking.
What payment methods are accepted?
I accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe.
What is the cancellation policy?
Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance. Consultation bookings are non-refundable.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Select a time from the booking calendar above. Consultations can be booked up to two weeks in advance.
Can I book a hypnotherapy session?
Hypnosis can be offered within mentorship and psychedelic integration coaching when useful for decreasing stress, increasing relaxation, supporting motivation, and developing habit change. I do not offer therapeutic use of hypnosis.
Is Francesca accepting counselling or psychotherapy clients?
No. I’m not currently accepting counselling or psychotherapy clients. I am accepting new clients for mentorship and psychedelic integration coaching.
