The Wildfire Method is a three-part approach that brings together a combination of coaching and hypnotherapy.
The process explores and resolves long-term issues at the root cause while providing you with tools for immediate change.
All clients receive 1 to 1 support through private sessions and direct communication to ensure their specific challenges are understood and their needs are met.
Who is the method for?
The approach is designed to help those experiencing relationship challenges, including relationship anxiety, relationship avoidance, and disorganised patterns of relating to others.
What does relationship anxiety look like?
If you are single, you might find it challenging to stop thinking about a previous relationship — even though you know they were not right for you.
If you are currently dating, you might want to become exclusive with one person — even if they haven’t earned your trust.
If you are in a relationship, you might worry about your partner leaving you or getting attention from other people — even though they are loyal to you.
What does relationship avoidance look like?
If you are single, you might avoid dating altogether, or prefer to keep things casual with multiple partners — meanwhile, wishing you were in a relationship.
If you are currently dating, you might be hesitant to commit to one partner — even if you’ve met someone you really like.
If you are in a relationship, you might continue to spend time wondering about previous partners — instead of focusing your energy and attention on developing your current relationship.
No matter your pattern, you might experience an overwhelming mix of feelings or one feeling that is all-consuming — fear, worry, hesitation, the need to control, embarrassment, anger, or jealousy. These feelings can lead to self-destructive behaviours and conflict with the people close to you.
Relationships might feel confusing. Although you may have achieved success in other areas of your life, a stable long-term relationship (and love) might seem elusive.
You might wonder if you have commitment issues or abandonment issues. You might have heard the terms anxious attachment and avoidant attachment. Whatever it is, you want to get to the bottom of it — and change. You’ve used your logical mind to try to figure it out, but somehow it doesn’t seem to work. What now?
The Wildfire Method uses a three-part approach to support long-term change so you can feel confident in your relationships.
Part 1 — Explore and resolve your limit at the root cause through hypnotherapy
Working at the level of the unconscious mind is the foundation required to create real transformation. Hypnotherapy uses a combination of hypnosis and conversation-based therapy to explore and resolve the underlying causes of issues and symptoms.
The process of hypnosis uncovers experiences at the level of the unconscious mind and brings memories and feelings into the conscious so they can be explored, deconstructed, and healed with the support of a therapist.
Hypnotherapy provides deep healing that leads to long-term, lasting change.
Part 2 — Strengthen your nervous system to increase self-ownership
Increase your emotional awareness and improve your emotional regulation. Learn and implement techniques to develop greater emotional sensitivity and resiliency, and apply tools targeted to your specific needs and challenges.
The process of moving in and out of the relaxed state of hypnosis will naturally tone your nervous system, making it easier to remain calm in stressful or demanding situations.
Connect more deeply with yourself so you can connect more effectively with others.
Part 3 — Behavioural change based in self-inquiry to experience immediate and long-term results
Understand yourself better and explore your patterns and behaviours. Consider what’s serving you and what’s sabotaging you. Connect with your essence and improve your internal locus of control.
Learn and apply tools and methods to create personal transformation and show up differently for yourself and your relationships.

The Wildfire Method is an approach to relating to yourself and others.
