I provide group workplace wellness programs and 1-to-1 workplace coaching to support team and personal wellbeing.
Staying focused and finding a sense of calm during the workday can be a struggle. Moving work to a home office brings a whole new set of challenges. Mindfulness and meditation can help.
I facilitate remote and in-person workshops for groups. Mindfulness sessions include activities, lessons, guided meditations, and discussion.
