COMPASSION
Feel good about yourself.
Join an online program with live calls — begins 17 August 2022
COMPASSION is a transformative journey to feel good being you
You might be:
Feeling a little disconnected from yourself — while reflecting on your life or planning for your future
Caught up in the endless stress of current events — even though you’d love to relax and be present with the experience of your life
Putting other people first — while attempting to remember what you need or want from life
Love yourself
COMPASSION uses hypnosis and guided visualisation to feel good about yourself. Discover and reconnect with yourself at a deep level.
The program’s lessons and activities allow you to meet yourself at the conscious and unconscious levels for deep self-discovery and understanding.
Nurture self-compassion and increase your level of self-acceptance so you can feel at ease. Learn tools to feel good about yourself as you move through the world.
Explore your inner world — and feel better about yourself
This program will help you:
Build awareness — so you can be self-aware and present with your direct experience
Increase your self-confidence — by being true to yourself

What this program is not
Done for you — In order to see results, you will need to apply the lessons, do the exercises, and take ownership of your progress.
A quick fix — Although breakthroughs and shifts happen, real and lasting change takes time. During the program, you’ll learn tools and approaches to take with you into the future.
A replacement for therapy or coaching — This is an educational and personal development program. You may wish to work with a therapist or coach to continue your inner work.
